So the big NXE update arrived and went down pretty well overall but obviously we are all now looking to the future to see what Microsoft are going to offer us next.
Well according to Aaron Greenberg we mustn’t get to excited about the Spring update (our Autumn) because it just isn’t coming, in fact it looks like Microsoft has decided to take a leaf out of Sony’s book and will now be releasing smaller more regular updates to the dashboard as time goes by.
I for one and am not overly happy about this as I have always liked the big bang approach and feel that the smaller more frequent updates have more chance of destabilising an already unstable system.
We have been told that we can expect a decent update next holiday season but that’s a little to far away to start getting excited about.

One of the things about NXE is that that they no longer have to release regular major updates – they can add live content as and when they please.

maybe adding a decent selection of avatar clothing might be between those micro updates i hope. I mean that Rave selection isnt something to brag about with clothing they gave us
