WOLFENSTEIN

What if the Nazis had World War 2? That’s a horrfying scenario, but one that was made even worse by the future imagined in Wolfenstein: The New Order. The Axis forces didn’t just win the war, they dominated it with technology that was centuries ahead of their understanding. Only one man stood between a Nazi world and the people suffering underneath the jackbooted heel of this new Reich: BJ Blazkowicz, two-fisted soldier extraordinaire.

While BJ may not have saved the day entirely in The New Order, his single act of defiance did light a spark of rebellion. Rebellion which has erupted into a massive flame in Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. Bethesda’s Pete Hines descrined Wolfenstein as a compelling shooter with great characters, killer action and compelling characters. He also called it “f***ing bananas”. Hines may have a point:

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus will be out soon. October 27 to be exact! It looks like an LSD-laced blast and a reminder that punching a Nazi should never ever be frowned upon.
