OMG HACKZOR! Has the PS3 been Hacked?

Piracy is rife on just about every platform imaginable. Torrent searches will turn up illegal copies of games for PC, PSP, Xbox 360, DS, Wii and even the IPhone. The only current system that’s been impervious thus far has been Sony’s PS3 – but that may be set to change, as hackers have claimed success in playing copied games on the system.

The hack – a long and convoluted process, only works on older PS3’s that have the ability to load Linux – and currently only boots Killzone 2, PES 2008 and Burnout Paradise. While some report the exploit working, it has been greeted with scepticism from the hacking community, not least because it’s such a hackneyed method. The general consensus at the moment is that this is fake – and we certainly hope that’s the case.

Even if this is real, it’s ridiculously impractical and honestly not worth the bother – but it may lead to hackers opening the doors on PS3 piracy completely.

Hello. This is kind of an “unconventional” question , but have other visitors asked you how get the menu bar to look like you’ve got it? I also have a blog and am really looking to alter around the theme, however am scared to death to mess with it for fear of the search engines punishing me. I am very new to all of this …so i am just not positive exactly how to try to to it all yet. I’ll just keep working on it one day at a time Thanks for any help you can offer here.
