This is the part of Home that I think really gives it an advantage over Live.
You get to create a gamer lobby and then others can join your game and when you have enough people you can just launch directly into the game.
But you can see Sony is a hardware company as they have made the game creation way to complex. They really need to refine that, but that is exactly why they are having this Beta and I am sure the guys in the Beta have mentioned it to them already.
All in all the process looks like it will work very well.
