Just what are you walking around for, flinging your finger at the screen and desperately hoping that your smartphone battery lasts long enough? I don’t see how you can achieve lvl 40, playing on a normal basis while working…. will take more than a year!!!

Total of 25 MILLION XP to get to lvl 40 when using a pokestop nets you 50xp and catching a pokemon is max 100 xp thanks to throw xp being broken.
You’d have to catch everything you find, if you can find anything with tracking forked, and then use crap loads of lucky eggs while catching and evolving and everything else.
