More good news for PS3 owners, Sony has announced that they will be releasing a Greatest Hits range of games selling for half the normal price.

So if you are one of the few PS3 owners who haven’t yet played Warhawk, Resistance, Motorstorm, COD3, Fight Night, Need for Speed Carbon, Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow 6 Vegas, Oblivion or Ninja Gaiden (that’s some list) then rather hold on until this cut price range hits our local markets.

I know the local Warhawk community is still doing well so if I were you I would grab that one first.

They should also have a cheaper, greatest flops series.
    Lair, Haze etc.

That way I can play them without hating myself… 👿

That would be awesome, I would be able to pick up Too Human at launch on the cheap.

Having played a fair amount of the Too Human demo… the game kicks ass. Seriously fun to play. Feels like Halo meets Daiblo to me 😈

    Why you say that?

    I say R350.

That’s half price, like what the article says.

I don’t know if we will get these. I remember hearing something about the distributors in SA only bringing in one batch of a title only due to the drop in game sales here.

One of the reasons we did not get Oblivion “Game of the Year” edition(Has Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles on the disc).

I hate SA internet. I would really like to download the demo but it will cost me about R70 to do so.

I think if the local distributor is clever they’ll try and make the Retail price R299, so it’s the same price at the 360 Classics range.

Well, that’s what I would do if I were SK.

Just to clarify, SK are not the only company to release PS3 games in SA.

The games are released by the licence distribution holder so it will be a combined effort.

It still hasn’t been confirmed that these games will see a release outside of the US for now though, but I expect them to
