Resistance 2’s marketing reminds me a lot of Halo, not the actual marketing but the way that the story is being marketed more than the game itself.
Not that this is a bad thing as it obviously worked for Halo and Resistance is more than capable of holding that badge on the PS3… Not to mention that I would prefer it to be the lead FPS on the PS3 compared to Killzone 2.

why doesn’t sony just cut it’s loses and make resistance it’s lead platform? I mean, seriously… Killzone 2 looks a bit boring and
over done… Resistance is already set, and has a decent storyline
a loyal developer and seems to be a lil more innovative…
it’s also been in the works for almost 2 years, which is good…

…because Sony has already invested money in Killzone? Oh and also because, well, you may think Killzone looks boring but that may not equate to it tanking in terms of sales, now does it? Resistance is one of Sony’s shining sons, as is Killzone, Snake, and Little Big Planet.
