Sony Announce A New IP: Bloodborne

Sony

Its been a pretty good conference from Sony so far. Hot off the back of their LittleBigPlanet 3 announcement, they have gone on to announce a brand new exclusive IP called Bloodborne.

Developed by FromSoftware, the setting is certainly dark. The air is thick and ominous, making the launch trailer rather creepy. Its kind of hard to figure out what the hell is going on in the trailer, but there are lumbering,  mysterious figures as well as ravenous, OMG RUNAWAY scary looking dogs. Not much else is given, but we are told that this new game will be coming in 2015.

  1. Pretty good Sony conference? Damn exceptional so far. I’m kind of glad I stayed up for it, but I definitely need to re-watch it.

Oh lawd this game looks incredible! Honestly the Sony and MS shows could have been better. Having said that, between this game, The Order, and Uncharted.. Sony have all the games that I want to play for the time being.

So is this ‘Project Beast’ or something completely different?
NVM: A quick google confirmed it as being so. Dark Souls with guns!!!

Nice trailer. The new “Dark Souls” for current gen systems? Lets see how that difficulty level compares.
