Nintendo is now valued at $51 Billion and to think all they really do is make the Wii and DS and some software for both machines. That really is quite a feat.
Sony is worth about $52 Billion….
Now something really scary. People talk about the warchest that Microsoft has in this battle. To put it into perspective Bil Gates alone is worth more than the entire Sony corporation. In the last quarter Microsoft made $5 Billion in pure profit.
So in reality Sony is the poor neighbour in this war and with their current sales figures it looks like nothing is going to change anytime soon.
