After years of playing games, you no doubt have a few consoles laying in the attic, gathering dust. One such console might be an old Atari, that came with wood panels and those iconic joystick input devices.
But you want to do something with that nostalgic piece of gaming, don’t you. Maybe donate it to a museum, or reintroduce kids to the glory of retro graphics. Heck no, let’s strap those joysticks to our crotches rather and FIGHT!
A literal indie game, Swordfight requires players to buy one of the old joysticks, and then strap them onto their crotches with an S&M harness, cuff their hands with the supplied leather straps, and proceed to cross several streams of hits and humility out of each other.
A special circuit board, hidden within, will register the hits, while the public around this weird spectacle will register all kinds of weirdness from the event. I’ve busy trying to convince Geoff to join in, but he thinks that I’m being unfair by using a N64 controller on my rig.
I call it the Trident. If you’re keen on playing the weirdest game of all time, then here are the details for the game, including the circuit board.
