TearAway

I very nearly regret my decision to purchase a PlayStation Vita. Were it not for the free games I get as a PlayStation Plus subscriber, I’m not sure I’d still be playing with the thing at all. There’s just one game on the handheld’s horizon that has the potential to make me fall in love with the PSP’s successor again: Tearaway, from the guys who made LittleBigPlanet

The game is out in just short of two weeks, and is a beautiful thing, taking place in a world made of paper. Here’s some footage of the game, and the developers telling you exactly why it’s so incredible.

We also have a preview of the handheld papercraft wonder coming up soon, so we can tell you what makes it so special ourselves.

Fun too. Played it at E3, and it’s charming as all hell. Like a basket of kittens.

Very valid point about free games being about the only saving grace for the Vita. I want to buy the damn thing I just can’t see the need to. I’m not that addicted to gaming. It better be a vital component for the PS4 else I don’t see the future being very bright for it.

I also hope that it works well with ps4. Want to be able to play the ps4 games when the misses of child are watching TV. Can only handle so much Bachelor or Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
