The console war is back on

You may remember back on the 22nd of July the console war ended. Jane Wells went on national TV (in the states) and let us all know that the PS3 was better because her son had packed up all of his 360 equipment and traded it for a PS3.

Well we called it lunacy back then and were subsequently branded 360 fanboys looking for a negative PS3 story anyway we can. Well today we are vindicated for not agreeing with a news caster and her son… Apparently the spawn of Jane Wells is now regretting his choice and wants to get a Xbox 360 again.

I am sure the Microsoft execs are breathing a sigh of relief now that the war is back on. Though I am sure they are disappointed that he isn’t trading his PS3 in so quickly, he is rather going to save up and buy a new 360.

The reason for wanting a 360 back? He misses his friends and according to his mom he doesn’t play the PS3 much really and had reactivated his World of Warcraft account instead.

I think Mr Wells should rather go and make some friends outside of the virtual world, he sounds a little lonely.

I’m incredibly surprised at how much she let’s her child go around an play games … I always got the “if you would only work as hard as you play games you’d be a genius!” which swiftly made me feel bad and i would then stare at a book for the next hour
