Hey hey it’s Friday and it’s a public holiday.. with another one on Monday. These are the days that make me incredibly thankful for the Christian faith… 4 day holidays with not a care in the world..

However we know some of you are unfortunately stuck at work today or are bored so we are here to educate you.. this is the weekly roundup.

Best Story

Best story of this week is easily the review of Bioshock: Infinite, after numerous delays and staff leaving it really didn’t look like Bioshock had any chance of living up to our high expectations, only for it to turn around and eclipse them. Go buy this game

Worst Story

In an unfortunate turn of events the worst story also revolves around an absolutely brilliant title. Unfortunately we heard this week that the really good Tomb Raider isn’t likely to break even pushing even more pressure on current game prices.

Unfortunately the extremely pregnant Yolanda takes this title again with her post about the R50 000 provided by CoolerMaster for the Starcraft 2 Do Gaming League

Batman of the week

And Batman of the week this week goes to the annoyingly grumpy and talented Geoffrey Tim…

Oh and we seriously don’t make this award up, it’s awarded to the journalist who gained the most attention in the week.. we’re scientific like that.. also it must kill Darryn to lose by this small an amount

This is a hard one for me to judge as Darryn and Geoff love leaving cerebral clues in their oddball headers that I never pick up on.. but the one that made me giggle this week was this one from Geoff

preposterous[1]

Best Comment

I hate to admit I’ve been a bit distant from the comments but this one from Jim Lenoir did stick out from the thousands of emails I saw…

“The 17 minute sneak preview of the single player campaign had more soul than the whole 5-6 hour campaign of Battlefield 3. “

Couldn’t agree more
