We all know that The Witcher series of games are pretty much the knees of the bees when it comes to graphics. It looked great on Xbox 360, it looked even better on PC. And now The Witcher is headed to iPad. Kind of.
Well, as a board game at least. According to Polygon who spoke to CD Projekt Red’s Marek Ziemak, a Witcher board game will be out in 2014, which will be accompanied by a digital version on iPad. Stronghold board game developer Ignacy Trzawiczek will be overseeing work on this game, which will msot likely make a decent splash amongst other tie-in board games such as Metro 2033 and Bioshock Infinite.
Players will get to take on specific roles, playing as popular characters and will have to face various creatures from that universe such as trolls, griffins, leshens and kikimores. More details and rules still need to be worked out, but I’m expecting gamers will go straight to ye olde dungeon. Do not collect 200 hundred coins. Battle the horrors that await you beneath.

Also, the Witcher 2 is the only Adult game that I have played where the Adult is treated as an Adult.
99% of 18+ games are for kids, over the top violence for violence sake. They know only a small percentage of gamers adhere to the ESRB.

Yeah, but like Fallout the game was adult themed with moral choices that were sometimes a bit harsh.
