Treyach Confirms No Campaign Co-Op in Call of Duty Black Ops

In a recent interview with Gamertag Radio (via VG247), Black Ops executive producer Dan Suarez confirmed that there will be no campaign co-op. In his words, “There’s no campaign co-op this year.”

As disappointing as that may be, Treyach’s Josh Olin stated two weeks ago that the company had yet to reveal the fully fledged co-op mode, which one can only assume to be something like the Spec Ops mode from Modern Warfare 2.

Aside from the yet-to-be-announced co-op mode, there will be split-screen combat training and multiplayer. Lets keep our collective fingers crossed that the new mode is as awesome as Spec Ops was.
