Uncharted: Fight for Fortune leaked by classification board

Unkarted - Drake's Drifting

I never liked Uncharted 3. Compared to the first sequel, it was clumsy, repetitive and felt more like an interactive film than a game. Still, the Naughty Dog franchise has sold extremely well, and has found itself climbing walls on the PS Vita with The Golden Abyss. And it looks some more fortune hunting is on the horizon, as Australia has accidentally leaked info for the next Uncharted game. Except, it may not be the kind of game that you’re thinking about.

A listing for Uncharted: Fight for Fortune was discovered on the Australian classification board database, as the game was revealed to be a multi-platform title with a family friendly rating for “very mild impact” violence and drug use.

Naughty Dog won’t be handling this game though, as One Loop Games is behind it. Never heard of ‘em? They’re the studio behind a few downloadable games on Xbox Live and the Playstation Network, as well as quite a few mobile games that were spin-offs from existing franchises, such as God of War: Betrayal and Ratchet and Clank: Going mobile.

So by multi-platform, it looks like the next Uncharted game could indeed be a new handheld title, but one that is played while you’re instagramming pictures of your supper. What kind of game is it exactly?

Who knows, but maybe it’s the inevitable acing spin-off that Geoff has been craving, which he calls “Unkarted”.
