Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise – Release date announced

Pengums

I actually worried about posting this news this morning as most of my previous hyped games have failed to deliver, but I’m the eternal optimist so I am putting it all on the line again for this game.

I thoroughly enjoyed the first Viva Pinata, that is when my wife and two daughters would let me play, and I absolutely cannot wait for this game to arrive.

I received a press release from Microsoft on Friday letting me know that my wait is actually going to be shorter than I expected.

Microsoft today announced that “Viva Piñata: Trouble in Paradise” will be released and on store shelves by 5th September.

That’s a entire month earlier than I expected.

This time around there are some added features, like a wild area outside your garden where you are going to have to venture to bait and retrieve some hard to find Pinata’s. Different environments to suit Pengums (Snow) or Camellos (Desert).

And the most anticipated option of the lot, for me at least, enhanced local co-op play… Now I don’t have to sit on the sidelines and watch the wife having all the fun.

If you haven’t played the first one you are most probably sitting back and thinking that I must be out of my mind to think this is fun, but trust me… It’s addictive..

very keen on this game, but the release date is a little too close to the new Star Wars game.
