Cliff Bleszinski announced on Twitter yesterday that they are busy building in easter eggs into Gears of War 3 that will be triggered by you playing other Epic titles now…
What the extra stuff will be is still entirely unknown but he did let us know that we should be getting into Shadow Complex, Unreal Tournament, Gears of War and Bulletstorm if we want to unlock the entire Gears of War 3 experience.
I tried to play Gears of War 2 the other day again but unfortunately I seem to be missing a million and one DLC packs and therefore couldn’t find anyone online to play against and I couldn’t download the DLC since I was in Australia and apparently it was banned there.. or I was.. or something.

Not sure I like this. I think playing Gears of War 3 alone should give me the entire Gears of War 3 experience. If I want to play Bulletstorm, then I will play Bulletstorm.
