A while back I wanted to download this title but unfortunately I didn’t possess the MSpoints and subsequently forgot about the title. Now its safe to say that Hudson’s popular XBLA iteration of the iconic Bomberman series has officially been downloaded over 500 000 times since its release.
The title is currently priced at 800MS Points and is thoroughly worth it especially with the Bomberman live function, which as you guessed it is a multiplayer section on Xbox Live. Sabine Duvall VP of digital downloads at Hudson had this to say,
“We are awed by the enthusiasm and excitement of Bomberman fans everywhere […] Watching fans have fun with Bomberman and each other in this classic, fast-paced action game has been truly rewarding. The success of Bomberman Live is a testament to the longevity of the Bomberman series, which has entertained fans of all ages on nearly all platforms and continues to do so.â€
The original Bomberman was released back in 1983 and has subsequently graced us with more than 80 sequels on pretty much every platform know to man and possibly some martians too. I’ve always been a major fan of the series and now thanks to 500 000 and the lemmings affect, I’m getting some more MSpoints.

so I’ve officially DL’d it and wow its pretty awesome but sadly I’m waiting for mates to come around so we can do the local multiplayer thing since my connection is too slow for online. :blush:
