XCOM DLC

Apparently, there’s DLC on the way for XCOM: The Bureau Declassified, that I had completely forgotten about. The game does have fans though, so here’s what you can expect to get out of that content. Provided you have the right console that is.

For $4.99, players can take command of Agent Nico DaSilva before he started looking like a dumped date who wore too much make-up to the break-up dinner. Going by the name of Hangar 6 R&D, it’s out exclusively on Xbox 360 on October 8. There’ll be new powers and perks, and it’s going to be proper difficult according to its developers.

I’ve been playing XCOM: The Bureau Declassified on and off for the last couple of weeks. And I don’t think it’s anywhere near as bad as what some people think. But it’s saddled with the legacy of XCOM, and a more action-packed game just doesn’t go hand in hand with that lore. Right, XCOM: Enforcer?

  1. Hmmm, haven’t gotten this game. I prefer “old style” XCom, so I am sitting here waiting for the Enemy Within pre-orders to open either at BT or at Steam

Man, I cannot wait for Enemy Within! XCom declassified just looks so meh, I’ll probably pick it up once it is in the bargain bin.

You had me at ‘XCOM’, then lost me at ‘The Bureau Declassified’
