Websites with annoying countdown timers and viral videos are nothing new to the gaming scene but THQ has just taken it a step further.

Maybe I haven’t been paying attention but I just received a press release for the game “Your Last Days” which I haven’t heard about before… I clicked on the link for the official website and watched the most awesome developers video I have ever seen.

Not only is she possibly the hottest developer to hit our industry since Jade Redmond of Assassin’s Creed fame but the interview doesn’t quite end the way you expect it to.

I haven’t been able to embed the video yet but I strongly recommend you head on over and take a look.

I need this game so badly now and I still don’t know what it is about.

Go here now… http://www.yourlastdays.com/

The game is coming out in 75 days for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC and by the look of the logo’s on the bottom we are going to be having an awesome multiplayer experience to boot.

Oh and here is the press release for all those who are still here

THQ Inc. today announced the highly anticipated action adventure title DarksidersTM, from internal studio Vigil Games, is scheduled to launch in the UK on January 8th, 2010 for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and the PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system.

Featuring the unique art style of legendary comic book artist Joe Madureira, Darksiders puts players in the role of War, one of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. Gamers will explore a world set 100 years after the biblical Apocalypse, traveling through expansive dungeons, battling demons and angels and striking deals with unsavory characters in an epic quest to restore the balance between Heaven and Hell.

In addition to announcing the ship date, THQ today also released the final packing art and announced the re-launch of the new Darksiders web site. For the latest Darksiders news, screenshots and video, please visit the new site at www.darksiders.com.
