Well after reading the poor review last week about Haze I was starting to worry that this highly anticipated game was going to flop.
However a new review has hit the internet with some more information and this time the game is sounding better. While previously we didn’t know the real point of Nectar it does seem to be very useful…
It seems the rebels can grab the Nectar, make a grenade out of it and throw it at the Mantel soldiers, this causes them to overdose and go mad killing each other off in the process.
For the Mantel guys when they level of Nectar is correct the enemies glow which makes them very easy to spot in the jungle stages.
Contrary to popular belief the game has not gone gold yet but they are still expecting it to hit our shelves before Christmas, for what was once billed as the PS3’s version of Halo this title is obviously highly anticipated.

Okay.
1) You have to get your terminology right, Lazy…a person cannot give a “review” of something that is not complete. So that initial negative PREVIEW – which I called bullshit on anyway – was just that: a PREVIEW…and this second PREVIEW is also a preview. Hate to nitpick but you know how these things go…
2) As for the rebels being able to grab the nectar and hurl nectar bombs, etc, that info has been available for nearly two months now. You know…1UP, Gamepro, Gamespot, etc. You’ve been reading IGNorant again, haven’t you, Lazy 😉 ?

@Pillsbury, well theoretically if the guy has a hands on with the game he could REview it but yes I get your point.
As for the information being available, I don’t trust what they say will be in the game, I prefer to rely or REviews 😉
I actually don’t go to IGN much, that site is to bandwidth heavy for my little connection…. Constructive criticism is always welcome, thanks for the tips
