In Other News – 30 September, 2011 – Weekend Edition

2 min read

As you may have noticed, we moved to a new server this week. It wasn’t, as many of you noticed, exactly the smoothest migration  – but things should largely be fixed, and running like magic, and there should be very little (hopefully none) the downtime we’ve been experiencing of late, and as a bonus, a bit of a speed boost as we’ve been tightening the code and plugging the holes. Speaking of plugging holes; it’s not just rAge that’s happening this weekend – but also the Sexpo, the decidedly adult-oriented Health, Sexuality & Lifestyle Expo. Of Course I’ll be there – it’s the only time i get to replenish my stock of midget grease.

In Other News : Get your Move on with FIFA 13, Microsoft still keen on Japan, the future of Burnout and how Modern Warfare 3 will make you Obese.

As an aside, I’ll be away next week; I’m taking my first proper holiday in over half a decade and hitting the beach…that’s currently cold and rainy. Mostly what it means is there’ll be a whole lot more Darryn on the site next week. Sorry Guys.

Here’s the news we didn’t post because we were too busy trading copies of sports games for handjobs.
