CD Projekt Red held a pre-E3 get together yesterday where they announced their plans for the year ahead.
The biggest announcement by far at this event was that their hit PC RPG, which we laid glorious praise on, will be coming to the Xbox 360 at the end of this year.
While The Witcher 2 may have received most of it’s early press coverage simply because of it’s NSFW content (see here) and pubic hair the game itself is incredibly solid and nowhere near as sordid as originally envisaged.
I’m interested to see if Microsoft force them to tone down a few of those sections before releasing it on the Xbox 360 and if they don’t how many Australian censor employees keel over and die from the grotesque nudity before it gets banned outright.
CD Projekt Red have stated that it will contain the same quality already but whether that means the story will be 100% identical or they are just talking about graphical quality is still to be seen.
No news yet on a possible PS3 version.
