Call of Duty- Galactic Warfare mod is finally available

Looking to do the Kessel run in less than 12 parsecs and with lasers a-blazin’? Then you’re in luck my fellow Star Wars enthusiasts and Call of Duty fans. The mod for the first Call of Duty: Modern Warfare game has been in development since 2009, and now its finally here.

Ignore the fact that you won’t find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy than a COD team-speak line, and you’ll see that this is a mod that has been crafted for the fans. There are several maps included in the mod, from Anchorhead to Mos Eisley, and they’re all littered with various Star Wars paraphernalia, and most importantly, laser rifles straight from the films with which to blast your friends.

The Galactic Warfare mod has been developed for over two and a half years now by the German modding group, and can be found here. Its about time that the fans were given a decent Star Wars FPS, as the only games we’ve had to play in that genre have been the now antiquated Jedi Knight 2, Battlefront and the criminally overlooked Republic Commando games.

Something wrong gentlemen? You come here prepared to read the words of a madman, and instead found a lunatic obsessed with comics, Batman and Raul Julia's M Bison performance in the 1994 Street Fighter movie? Fine! Keep your bio! In fact, now might be a good time to pray to it!
