A press release has just hit the internet from EA confirming that Need for Speed Shift will e released later this year.

Anyone who was disappointed with the last few efforts from EA and is looking for something new will be happy to know that it will be releasing on Xbox 360, PS3, PC and PSP this September.

Let’s just hope that this one saves the franchise.
