I really must admit that when I first heard the title of this game when it was announced, I giggled quite a bit and wondered how far Ubisoft was going to go with the abusing the newly acquired Tom Clancy brand.
It especially made me giggle because it was called H.A.W.X, which sounds like the title of a b-grade Action Channel made for TV movie. What has surprised me though is that early impressions, spoken about on the 1up show (R.I.P) were pretty positive and it looks like this game could actually surprise a lot of us.
The idea of crossing over units from different IP’s, such as the Ghost Recon guys calling in the airstrikes, really interests me and I think that more companies should take note of it.
