Bigger is better. If that’s a philosophy that has worked well for America, fast food and steroid companies, then imagine it in the hands of Nintendo. The 3DS is getting a hefty dose of that ideology, in the form of a larger,more improved handheld console, the XL.

Johannesburg
JHBGamers will be hosting a soiree for the device at 11 am, over at Cafe Culture in the Pineslopes Shopping centre, opposite Monte Casino, on the 28th of July. You’ll need to register though, so hit this link with all your clicking might! There’ll be prizes, so make certain that you rock up for this event.
Durban
The city by the beach will also be having an XL party, commencing on July 27 at 18:30. Registration will be through the Facebook page, so here’s a handy link for you to click through to.
Cape Town
Capetonians, you’re going to have to wait a few days longer, as your chance to party with Nintendo will arrive on August 3, just in time for the monthly get together of 2Up Gamers! There’ll also be prizes and competitions at this event, so don’t forget to go through to the 2Up Gamers page to register.
