A few months ago, Dota 2 was a wasteland of MEH for me. I found myself playing only because of my… ahem… addiction to Valve’s MOBA, and I couldn’t escape no matter how hard I tried. I reached the point where I honestly considered uninstalling the game and moving on with my life (crazy right?). Then almighty Gaben and his devout servant IceFrog sensed my growing disinterest and heard my pleas for help. They blessed the community and I with patch 6.84. Details also surfaced on Source 2 coming to our beloved game – something that would further seal all of our devotion till the end of time. Now, to absolutely guarantee that we never leave our houses, Valve have announced a major overhaul for the game… a complete rebirth. Goodbye life, I’ll miss you so!
Here’s the first of a three part announcement pertaining to the Dota 2 Reborn beta:
Today we are announcing the Dota 2 Reborn Beta, which brings with it a new interface, new engine and Custom Games. Everything in the dashboard has been completely redesigned utilizing a new UI framework, and the engine that powers the game has been fully replaced. On today’s update page we will be giving you a preview of the new interface. Early next week we’ll be talking about Custom Games, and later that week we’ll conclude with various details about the new engine and launch the open beta.
Throughout the beta we’ll be releasing frequent updates in order to fix bugs and make changes based on the feedback you provide. As you browse around in the new client, you’ll notice a few things that aren’t fully functional yet. Additionally, our focus has been on the dashboard so you’ll find the in-game HUD currently looks the same.
This has been what I have been waiting for! I have spent the past few months swearing that Valve have big plans – a giant overhaul for Dota 2 that they’ve been working very, very hard on. The naysayers scoffed to the max and moved on, but I have remained ever faithful!
A new interface, new engine, and custom games… wow wow wow! It’s still in beta, but count me excited nonetheless. We’ll get access it to it next week sometime.

There are far too many details for me to list here, so please do yourself a favour and check it out. You’ll be joining me on the hype train shortly after, I guarantee it.

I agree that Joanne `s remark is astonishing, I just got themselves a Jaguar E-type after having made $4694 this – 4 weeks past and-more than, 10/k last munth . it’s realy the easiest-work I have ever done . I actually started six months/ago and almost immediately started bringin home more than $69 per/hr .
