Back in 2018, Vinny Mac’s house of smacks made a return to the cradle of civilisation for the first time in many a year. While the main action of the WWE may take place in the US of A with a smattering of shows in the UK, the massive roster of the biggest sports entertainment brand in the world often goes off on tour to spread the joy of elbow drops, sweet chin music and promote tourism for Suplex City.
In 2020, the WWE is coming back, and this time they’re bringing some of their biggest stars with them. Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Bobby Lashley, The OC, Ricochet, Aleister Black and even more superstars will be present, with shows kicking off in April. Here’s the full touring schedule:
April 29
- Grand Arena Grandwest in Cape Town
April 30
- Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban
May 1
- Ticketpro Dome in Johannesburg
May 2
- Ticketpro Dome in Johannesburg
The last WWE Live show was spectacular stuff, a highlight reel of action that television simply can’t compare to. That show saw the likes of Asuka, Sheamus and Roman Reigns raise the roof on every stadium that they showed up in. Next year’s event, is likely to burn it all down. See you there!

Oh shit, I have to defend my WWE title against Seth Rollins and I can’t make up the excuse that he’s too scared to come to SA to get it? Oh crap.

You’d most probably make a better champion than Brock Lesnar anyway! I am so tired of him now!!! Whatever contract the WWE had with him has been a massive shaft up their rears!
