Its been a while since we last seen the lethal dome of Agent 47, as everybody’s favourite assassin has been biding his time, allowing for a younger generation of stealthy action heroes and anti-heroes to rise up in his absence.
Now, the original anonymous killer is back, in a title that is hoping to blend classic gameplay ideas with brand new, contemporary features, according to developer IO Interactive. We already know that the upcoming game will cater to both new and old players, but if you’re still unconvinced, check out some upcoming footage of what you can expect after the jump.
If there’s one man who knows how to make an entrance or exit, it’s Agent 47, and the hype surrounding his return will only grow as IO Interactive gets ready to release their latest Hitman game next year. It’s dark, atmospheric and gritty, and looks like the Hitman game that everyone will remember.
