Robbie Back, the President of Microsoft’s Home and Retail Division must live in a lovely world. A world where Microsoft is king, there are no faults with their strategies and where all their competition is mildly average at best.
Seriously, this guy has such a way with words. He can describe Microsoft’s biggest faults as if they were adding value to their products. For example, In May this year Sony’s CEO said that the PS3 was no longer on life support. What did Robbie have to say about that? He says:
“If not being on life support is the metric for success, then I guess they’re successful.”
Head on over to spong.com by clicking the article at the bottom and read a few of the things that he has to say, his outlooks are pretty amusing to say the least.
