Game of Thrones toned down for gamers

That's all you get

I’m a little addicted to Game of Thrones at the moment and can’t wait for my weekly dose of violence, fantasy, sex and uncomfortable themes and moments. I mean who would have guessed it was his sister on the horse… eish.

Anyway back to the point, there is also a Game of Thrones videogame coming out and while I had little hope that it would be a great game I did expect it to stick to the theme of the tv series.

Unfortunately after reading the ESRB rating of the game that hope is dashed once again as it seems the developers have shied away from any actual sex or depiction of sex to placate the conservative Americans once more.

I just don’t under the logic of a rating board that is happy with close gore and violence, swearing using words like sh*t, f*ck and c*nt but then balks at the idea of seeing a women topless.

I’d be far more worried about my kids understanding of the world at 16 where they think they can say whatever they want and violence is just a normal day to day experience but god forbid someone slips a nipple.
