I’m a Ferrari fan… no scratch that, I’m a HUGE Ferrari fan. I haven’t missed a Ferrari Day since I found out about them about 10 ? 11 years ago, I’ve owned more Ferrari models than I can count, I’ve had flags, shirts, towels… heck, you name it I may have probably had it.
With that said, Test Drive: Ferrari is coming, and as one of the biggest fans on the continent… I don’t actually know if this news excites me at all.
Eurogamer reports that the new title will be published by Bigben Interactive and is set for release on March 30, 2012. Rumour has it that the game is being worked on by Slightly Mad Studios, the folks responsible for Need for Speed: Shift series. Ironic, considering that Need for Speed and Test Drive used to be direct rivals back in the days of old.
No additional details have been released for the game yet but to be honest I’m really hoping that they change things up a little, as I loved Test Drive: Unlimited but its sequel felt too similar and got very boring, very quickly.
Let’s hope for the best then.
