Yesterday, a message in the news ticker on the PC version of the rather excellent Deus Ex Human Revolution, saying “Human Revolutions — Special Message Incoming / Be Ready / 2200 GMT 29 Aug.”Its very unlikely that many of you waited up till midnight to see what said message could be, so here it is.

There you go. What does that mean to you? Probably nothing, unless you’re a cryptographer. The message, as it were, was followed by another – perhaps a key.

I’m not nearly cryptographically minded enough to even begin figuring this out. Any of you want to give it a try? Of course – it could end up being something as simple as a password and login for an in-game PC.
