Analysts have a fantastic ability of stating the obvious. Just hours after the PS3 price drop was announced the analysts have started sending out updates stating that they are expecting a Xbox 360 price cut.
Seriously? We would never have guessed. However some of them are only expecting a $50 price drop which would be dissapointing. I would be suprised if they don’t drop the price by at least $100 as this would bring the Core into the same price bracket as the PS2.
That would really affect PS2 sales in the smaller PAL areas at least.
