Dota 2 is better with friends, especially if they don’t type axaxaxa during the match. So this week’s Dota 2 update introduces the Team matchmaking feature for your gaming convenience and improvement. There’s also plenty of opportunity to become a better person with the new bundle and a charity invitational.
Team Matchmaking
According to the official Dota 2 website, Valve’s data shows that one of the best ways to improve is to jam with your mates. I think most of us don’t need any data to know that. But because Valve is like the Good Samaritan of video games and want to make things awesome for us, they have now added the Team Matchmaking feature. Simply put a team page with public rating based on their performance.
The Premier League Season 4 Bundle
This bundle gives you access to watch over 100 matches played by 10 of Europe’s and America’s best, competing for 500 dollah! ($10,000). The matches will be commentated or shoutcasted by Blaze & Rainmaker and Russian commentary by Versuta. You also get a really, really awesome exclusive courier: Wynchell the Wyrmeleon.
The bundle price is $8.99 (R80.24) and is tradable.
There’s also a DotA 2 Charity Invitational: Heroes Helping Heroes website, all for a good cause and added items to the Dota 2 Store.
