RICK AND MORTY returns this July

Rick and Morty (2)

If I had to give an award to the best animated show of 2014, Rick And Morty would be the gassy recipients of said prize. Last year’s hit animated series was a winner, thanks to it being a proper dark season of science gone awry in the hands of a constantly inebriated mad scientist Rick and his unwilling grandson sidekick Morty.

The show was all kinds of messed up, as it featured everything from anal smuggling to the destruction of Earth several times over. Season 2 returns on July 26. Here’s the official synopsis from Adult Swim:

Returning this summer on Adult Swim, Rick and Morty are back with more sci-fi adventures and family squabbles! Rick Sanchez (Justin Roiland) is still living with his daughter Beth’s (Sarah Chalke) family and causing more trouble than ever. This season the rest of the family, his son-in-law Jerry (Chris Parnell), grand-daughter Summer (Spencer Grammer) and grand-son Morty (Roiland) are dragged into Rick’s intergalactic adventures, as he faces new threats and mysteries of his secret past are revealed. Can the family survive Rick’s insanity and all the chaos the universe throws at them?

And if you can’t wait until then, here’s a quick look at the dynamic duo dropping in on The Simpsons. And accidentally murdering that entire family. WUBBADUBBADUBDUB!

Something wrong gentlemen? You come here prepared to read the words of a madman, and instead found a lunatic obsessed with comics, Batman and Raul Julia's M Bison performance in the 1994 Street Fighter movie? Fine! Keep your bio! In fact, now might be a good time to pray to it!
