This trailer for RAY DONOVAN Season 4 has sinned

When Breaking Bad ended I felt that a little part of my soul has just died. I loved the show, like REALLY loved it. So when Ray Donovan appeared on the scene I was delighted, not least because it has Liev Schreiber as our ‘fixer’ anti-hero Ray. It also has Golden Globe winner Jon Voight as Donovan’s father and boy does that explain his many, many issues. Similar to Breaking Bad you are never quite sure as to whether you support the protagonist or want the guy to be locked up. You sure as hell don’t want him to be the father of your son’s girlfriend, I can promise you that! Well, at least in this trailer for season 4 he is showing some contrition, or is it just a lie? I’ve always thought Schreiber was a damn fine actor, and you can see that talent in the trailer below. Enjoy!

Hectic. Mind you he has always been sort of a religious fellow in the show. Okay okay, he did kindda kill a priest, but hell, we aren’t all angels!

Season 4 also sees Paula Malcomson, Eddie Marsan, Dash Mihok, Steven Bauer, Katherine Moennig, Pooch Hall, Kerris Dorsey, and Devon Bagby return, with guest stars including Lisa Bonet, Embeth Davidtz, Ted Levine, Gabriel Mann, Ismael Cruz Cordova and Chris Coppola. Expect the gang to return on 29 June.

I have been an avid fan of movies ever since I discovered Santa Clause wasn't real, a day marked in my memory by my first viewing of It's a Wonderful Life, which wasn't so wonderful that day. Since then I've watched thousands of movies and even fooled my parents into putting me through uni to get a degree in the subject. I first started writing as a journalist for The South African Newspaper before moving onto communications for an NGO trying to save the planet. Unfortunately my recommendations to the CEO that we should all don rings imbued with the powers of earth, fire, wind, water and HEART went unheard. Now I pretend the end isn't nigh by hiding in movies.
