Thanks to Kervyn practicing gym-kata on my skull, several sections of my brain are permanently stuck in rap mode, blasting rhymes and laying it down like it’s something that is mode. Look, I never said that they were good beats.

Much like any other wannabe though, I dig some fresh rap tunes. And they don’t get fresher than the upcoming Chozen, which might finally be the perfect companion show for Archer.

Chozen debuts next month, and stars the voices of Hannibal Buress, Michael Pena, Nick Swardson, Kathryn Hahn, and Method Man. The show is being handled by the same folks behind Archer and Eastbound and Down, and deals with a white boy rapper who is fresh out of prison and seeking to become number one in the hippest and hottest world of music. And it looks pretty damn hilarious so far.

It’s the same kind of animation that made Archer an efficient hit, and I’m digging the entire premise. The series starts next year January.

Something wrong gentlemen? You come here prepared to read the words of a madman, and instead found a lunatic obsessed with comics, Batman and Raul Julia's M Bison performance in the 1994 Street Fighter movie? Fine! Keep your bio! In fact, now might be a good time to pray to it!
