Boom Blox Announced

1 min read

I have been playing a lot of Wii over the last holiday weekend so it is possible that I am now more susceptible to Wii games but the press release that just landed in my inbox really has gotten me intrigued…

Steven Spielberg and EA Games have come together to create a game for the Wii, now when I think Spielberg I think E.T., i.Robot or some other awesome science fiction movie… So when the collaboration game is called Boom Blox I was taken by suprise.

However after watching a couple of the video’s I have to say it looks pretty awesome, granted trailers normally look pretty cool but when someone as respected as Steven Spielberg agrees to put their name on a game you have to give it a chance.

Boom Blox is going to include over 400 levels and is made for the entire family, the entire point of the game being absolute and total destruction… who could ask for more…

Go check out the video’s at

Boom Blox is available in the US already and hopefully will be hitting our shelves this weekend… keep your eyes peeled.
