The Call of Duty : Black Ops Prestige edition is pretty damned special. It ships with a working remote-controlled Spy Car. If you’re a particularly zealous, financially unburdened Call of Duty enthusiast, and that just doesn’t seem like it’s enough, don’t worry – Chrysler has you covered.

Jeep has been named as the game’s official – and exclusive – automobile partner for Call of duty Black O…wait..when the fudgemonkey did games start having automobile partners? Anyway..I digress; You can now buy a Black Ops branded Jeep.

The limited edition 2011 Jeep Wrangler Call of Duty: Black Ops Edition "comes standard with aggressive 32-inch tires, unique military style and Call of Duty graphics", says the official press release.

The Call of Duty Jeep – like the model-T Ford – available in any colour you like as long as it’s Black, will be sold in two-door $30,625 (R215K) or $33,500 (R235K) four-door models.

"It was important for us to make sure that the Jeep partnership would be authentic and enhance the setting we immerse our fans in with Black Ops,” said Treyarch studio head Mark Lamia. "Our work with the Jeep team focused around using the Jeep Wrangler in our levels, and gameplay experiences, and translating the style and look of the vehicle in Black Ops to the Jeep on the showroom floor that our fans can own."

I can only presume that GT5’s delay is because they’re busy inking up a partnership with Mercedes to release a GT5 branded SLS AMG. Do I..err..get a discount if i pre-order?
