Want to finish your swanky Rise of Iron record book or get your hands on that year three Gjallarhorn so that you can wax lyrical with rockets? Then you’re going to need to get your hands on some SIVA in Destiny: Rise of Iron. And not just any SIVA mind you, but some of that dormant stuff that won’t butcher your corpse and turn you into a grotesque meat-puppet.
Dorman SIVA is plentiful in Rise of Iron, but fortunately not along the same levels as Calcified Fragments were in The Taken King. Over on Reddit, Esoterickk has put together a mighty fine list of where you can find the stuff, with videos to boot. I’ve embedded those videos in the titles, so go give that fella some love and thumbs up.
Here’s what has been found…so far at least.
Dormant SIVA: Clovis Bray 1.0
This one can be found on the fifth story mission “The Iron Tomb”. When you reach the Archon’s Forge room, head immediately to your left and you will see a ledge high up that has a hallway inside. At the back of that hallway sits a Dormant SIVA Cluster.
Dormant SIVA: Clovis Bray 1.1
This one can be found on the fifth story mission “The Iron Tomb”. After you head from Lords’ Watch through to Giant’s Husk, instead of going up towards the objective, go to the right and head around until you see the water. Once you hit the water turn right and go to the back corner, and there will be a boat. At the front of the boat the Dormant SIVA Cluster is there.
Dormant SIVA: Clovis Bray 1.2
This one can be found on the fifth story mission “The Iron Tomb”. When you get to the room where you need to reverse the cores, head towards the core on the right. At the side of the room there’s a little black triangle pyramid against the wall, and next to it is the Dormant SIVA Cluster.
Dormant SIVA: Clovis Bray 1.3
This can be found on the second ROI mission “The Walls Come Down”. Clear out the first section of the Fallen, and before you’re meant to go through the door to go into the wall, drop down off the ledge and head to the back of that little section in there. In the back the Dormant SIVA Cluster is behind one of the metal bars.
Dormant SIVA: Clovis Bray 1.4
This one can be found on the third story mission “The Plaguelands”. Progress through the mission until you reach Lords’ Watch. Once you go outside, on the right you will see SIVA tendon/wires a little further up. Progress past that to the second set of SIVA, and underneath that one there will be the Dormant SIVA Cluster. Dormant SIVA: Clovis Bray 1.5
This one can be found in the third mission “The Plaguelands”. Once you progress through the mission and pass through Lord’s Watch, you will then reach Bunker Triglav. In the middle of the area there is a watch tower you can enter. Climb up there and behind a computer monitor the Dormant SIVA Cluster is there.
Dormant SIVA: Clovis Bray 1.6
This one can be found on Plaguelands Patrol. From where you spawn, head to the left towards Bunker Triglav. Once you’re in here go left again into the large open building. Climb up the levels on the right side until you’re on the third floor. In the center of the room there’s something hanging from the roof, and the Dormant SIVA Cluster is sitting on the ledge of it.
Dormant SIVA: Clovis Bray 1.7
This one can be found in the new Cosmodrome Rocketyard, either Patrol or accessible from the second mission “The Walls Come Down” or third mission “The Plaguelands”. Down in where the frozen over pond is where the Knights used to spawn (just before the path towards the Sepiks strike), there is a room you can enter with SIVA nearby it. Inside the room on the right the Dormant SIVA Cluster is sitting on the table behind the computer. Credit to /u/DTG_Bot for this find.
Dormant SIVA: Clovis Bray 1.8
This one can be found in the third mission “The Plaguelands”. Once you get to the final zone of the mission called “Splicer Battery” and need to take out the guns, on the gun structure to the right, a Dormant SIVA Cluster is sitting on the top of it.
Dormant SIVA: Clovis Bray 1.9
This one can be found in the second mission “The Walls Come Down”. At the start of the mission head slightly to the right towards the ketch. Head into the ketch and up the stairs on the left. The Dormant SIVA Cluster can be found in a gap in the wall 2 pillars in. Credit to /u/LadyAlastor for this find.
Dormant SIVA: Iron Lords 2.0
This one can be found in the second mission “The Walls Come Down”. Once you progress through to “The Divide”, in the middle of the area where the dead Devil Walker is, there’s the Dormant SIVA Cluster sitting on the side of it. Credit to /u/DTG_Botfor this find.
Dormant SIVA: Iron Lords 2.2
This can be found on the second ROI mission “The Walls Come Down”. Once you reach The Divide, head over towards Dock 13 as if you were heading back to The Steppes. Once you pass through the first rooms and reach the open area with all the Fallen, turn immediately to your left. On the wall in between the gaps the Dormant SIVA Cluster will be sitting there.
Dormant SIVA: Iron Lords 2.3
This one can be found in the new Cosmodrome, either the second or third mission. Head to the back of the Rocketyard and go towards the Refinery / where you would go for the Sepiks strike. Continue through until you reach The Blast, the area with the Walker just before the Sepiks fight. Right before the large doorway that leads towards Sepiks, to the right side behind a pillar the Dormant SIVA Cluster is there.
Dormant SIVA: Iron Lords 2.4
This can be done on Sepik’s Perfected or with mission + Splicer Key. Mission “The Plaguelands” with a Splicer Key. To get a Splicer Key, kill Brood Mother Wizard in the Plaguelands. I often find them in Lords’ Watch or Giant’s Pass. Once you have a Splicer key, start up “The Plaguelands” and head from the Rocketyards towards The Blast (where you’d go for the Sepik’s Strike). Where the Walker is, go into the room on the left and open it with the Splicer key. In this room is the Dormant SIVA Cluster. Credit to/u/soundwave5150 for finding this one.
Dormant SIVA: Iron Lords 2.5
This one can be found in the new Cosmodrome, either Patrol or accessible from the second mission “The Walls Come Down” or third mission “The Plaguelands”. Head to the back of the Rocketyard and go towards the Refinery / where you would go for the Sepiks strike. Drop down through the whole in the wall into the train area and pass through. Once you exit that area, on the left is an open Hive ship. Go into the Hive ship and on the opposite side of the pillar the Dormant SIVA Cluster is waiting there.
Dormant SIVA: Iron Lords 2.6
This one can be found on the fifth story mission “The Iron Tomb”. Progress through the mission until you reach the Site 6 zone and you take the massive drop down to the underground cave area. Once you drop down, instead of going forward towards the door, turned around and there’s a path of cliff ledges you can follow. At the end is a cave with the Dormant SIVA Cluster.
Dormant SIVA: Iron Lords 2.7
This one can be found on the fifth story mission “The Iron Tomb”. Progress through the mission until you reach the Site 6 zone and you take the massive drop down to the underground cave area. Proceed through the mission until the final room with the darkness zone. In here there is 3 big pillars in the room, behind the left one is the Dormant SIVA Cluster.
Dormant SIVA: Iron Lords 2.8
This one can be found on the fifth story mission “The Iron Tomb”. Progress through the mission until you reach the Site 6 zone and need to break into the complex. Next to the computer you need to scan, there’s a monitor above and to the left. Behind this is the Dormant SIVA Cluster.
Dormant SIVA: Iron Lords 2.9
This one can be found on the first story mission “King of the Mountain”. After you need to jump out of the gondola, at the bottom of that hill to the right there’s a little ledge you can jump to. On this ledge the Dormant SIVA Cluster is there. Credit to/u/tramspace for finding this one.
Dormant SIVA: Fallen 3.1
This one can be found at the top of Felwinter Peak, the new social. From where you spawn in, to the left there’s some rocks you can climb. You need to ascend all the way to the top and the Dormant SIVA Cluster will be at the top. It can be a little tricky to get, I suggest using high Agility to help with some jumps.
Dormant SIVA: Fallen 3.2
This one can be found on the fourth story mission “Download Complete” on Mars. Once you have to jump down the elevator shaft, head to the back of that room and on the right pillar with monitors on it, the Dormant SIVA Cluster is behind the monitor. This is the glitch room from the pre-patch.
