When it comes to drumming up some support for an upcoming video game, nothing works better than a slick trailer. We’ve all been a victim to this, and me especially, which is why I’m currently swimming in collectors edition that I otherwise did not truly need.
It’s absolutely amazing what a well constructed trailer can do to an otherwise rational being, as a few minutes of polished gameplay with some snappy track laid over it can easily disguise any flaws in a game.
So here’s the question: Do video game trailers actually get you excited enough to buy the game? Is it the impressive CGI that hooks you? Celebrity endorsements you trust? Dubstep? Let us know below.
