Massive Failure Rate For Xbox 360 Exposed

An Australian website called Smarthouse has written an article detailing it’s findings into the Xbox 360’s failure rate.

Microsoft has always claimed that the failure rate falls within the 3-5% industry norm, Yet no one has ever believed them. Smarthouse is claiming that the failure rate is actually around 30% which does fit in well with all the other surveys and articles written about this…

What I really don’t understand is why don’t Microsoft fix this? How hard can it really be… It is very disconcerting that after being around now for over 18 months these reports of failures are still piling in.

If Microsoft don’t sort this out soon they may lose this generation due to pure laziness and arrogance. Fix it Microsoft.
