Over the weekend, Kotaku posted a huge Modern Warfare 3 leak, revealing the anticipated shooter’s globe-hopping settings, plot, central characters and even the ending. Because we’re gentlemen, we’ll not spoil those details here for the four of you who buy Call of Duty games for their clumsy narrative instead of the addictive as crack multiplayer.

Instead, we’re just letting you know that game will be coming this November, pretty much like clockwork. Modern Warfare is a direct sequel to Modern Warfare 2, will introduce new characters is set to “reshape the landscape of the Call of Duty franchise.”

The game is being developed by the remnants of Infinity Ward, bolstered by aid from Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software. The last entry in the franchise, Black Ops, is officially the world’s top selling game (depending on your definition, of course, of “top”) having sold 7 million units within its first day of availability with to-date sales topping 20 million copies.

Here’re the game’s first official teasers, which touch on some of the game’s many and varied locations.
