Nintendo Announces New Kirby Game

While those of us in the “European” territories are still waiting patiently for Kirby’s epic Yarn, good-Feel’s take on the fluffy pink ball of awesome, Nintendo Japan’s announced a brand new Kirby title.

It looks rather like the shelved Kirby game that was originally slated to make its way to Nintendo’s Gamecube – but ended up going missing. It’s developed by HAL Laboratories, the guys behind the NES original and seems to be a return to classic Kirby, eschewing his textile demeanour. the game will be out in Japan this year, and should be here locally – if we take Kirby’s Epic Yarn in to consideration – sometime in 2025
