Take A Deep Breath – It all starts on Friday

Are you ready ladies and gentlemen? This Friday will be the start of what is arguably going to be the best summer of gaming that we have ever seen. You can start getting excited because Friday's line-up is looking so good already that it's crazy to think that so many more huge titles will still be coming out afterwards. More gaming goodness and information on upcoming titles, after the jump. Go check Metacritic and you will see that all three of those are receiving high eighties, with Far Cry 2 getting an 87/100 at the time of writing and both Fable 2 and Dead Space weighing in at 89/100. Midnight Club: Los Angeles has also raked in an 85/100 so far, putting it higher than I initially expected. We will also see the likes of Bioshock and Motorstorm: Pacific Rift coming our way, so all in all there is already an absolute ton of titles coming out to destroy our wallets and wear out our credit cards. Get ready folks because from Friday onwards, it's going to be a mad house. Check out our local release schedule by clicking here.

Will the visuals hold up compared to other racing titles out there? Who knows? What I do know is that if the game is really fun to play and a blast with friends, then who the hell cares.

Midnight Club Los Angeles – Garage Video

The people from Megarom have supplied us with a brand new trailer of Midnight Club Los Angeles. This trailer shows off a bit of the features that will involve car customisations and such. I haven't played a Midnight Club since the second one and I paid no attention to the DUB edition either. This one on the other hand is a different story, it's looking pretty interesting at the moment and the Grand Theft Auto 4 engine is doing a really good job from what I have seen so far although it does make the game look fairly similar in its visual style. Then again, that may not be a bad thing at all.
