Rhythm action at its finest, Avicii Invector celebrates the life of a musical genius with an adventure across the stars that is challenging, enjoyable and euphoric in its celebration of an icon’s legacy.

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle was easily the biggest cinematic surprise of 2017. There’s not much surprising about Jumanji: The Next Level though. If you want to lean fully into the video game trappings that the previous film employed so brilliantly to modernize this affair, this is not so much a sequel as it is extra downloadable content (DLC). DLC can still be fun though.

The Huawei Freebuds 3 are a fantastic set of earpods, albeit one with a design that may not be to everyone’s tastes. Solid construction, intelligent noise-cancelling and a hefty amount of battery life makes for a reliable audio expansion that’s a must for anyone after some quality audio while they’re on the move or relaxing at home.

Overall, it’s a great set that offers a wonderfully exuberant listening experience. It’s built to last, has excellent battery life that’s bolstered by fast-charging, and has Active Noise Cancelling features that – while still not on par with the industry leaders – make it a value proposition that punches well above its weight.

1MORE has impressed with its range of headphones and in-ears that aim to make audiophile (or at least, audiophile adjacent) equipment a little more affordable. That, of course, doesn’t mean cheap. 1MORE uses quality components and exceptional design to deliver superlative audio gear for a discerning listener who can’t afford the top-shelf stuff, or audiophiles who want something they can lug about with them without having to worry about increased personal insurance premiums.

As a stopgap between Darksiders 3 and the eventual Darksiders 4, Genesis scratches an itch in an unconventional manner that deserves some appreciation for trying something new along the way. Even if I do need to strap a pair of binoculars to my face to see what I’m doing.
