Rumours are doing the rounds that Microsoft will be releasing a “Resident Evil” themed Xbox 360. The info comes via Ars Technica’s notably reliable insider mole. Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix (*Breathe*) Available on XBLA

SF2THDR... That's quite a combination of letters and numbers. The good news is that the new HD version of the classic Street Fighter 2 Turbo finally became available yesterday on Xbox Live Arcade and PSN. I posted up a video of the gameplay for anyone interested who wants to check out the new look but it is easy to see that it is still exactly the same game as it was before. Is that a bad thing? I really don't think so and the fact that they went through all of the effort to convert every frame and background into glorious HD is awesome to say the least. I wanted to download the demo but when I saw that the game clocked in at around 370MB I decided to take a raincheck (It's "end of the month salty crack snack" for my cap).
